摘 要:VOCs(挥发性有机化合物)是臭氧、二次有机气溶胶、细颗粒物的重要前体物,对生物圈和人体健康造成了严重威胁。VOCs来源广泛、排放量大,对VOCs排放控制已进入精细化阶段。工业源排放的含VOCs废气中常含有水蒸气,对现有的末端控制措施有一定负面影响,增大了VOCs废气处理难度。吸附法因低成本、低能耗、工艺成熟被广泛用于工业VOCs排放控制。石化行业、制药、精细化工、制造、印染等行业排放的废气相对湿度在10%—70%,以烷烃、烯烃、芳香烃等为主。高湿工况下VOCs的吸附以炭材料、MOF(金属有机框架)材料、分子筛的疏水改性为主,常见的疏水改性方法为引入非极性官能团和疏水涂层。文中系统梳理高含湿VOCs废气的来源及排放特征,综述当前疏水性吸附材料的研究进展,以期为高湿工况下含VOCs废气的处理提供思路。VOCs(volatile organic compounds)are important precursors of ozone pollution,secondary organic aerosols and fine particulate matter,which pose a serious threat to the biosphere and human health.VOCs have wide-ranging sources and high emissions,and VOCs emission control enters a refined stage.The airflow of VOCs emitted from industrial sources often contains water vapor,which has a negative impact on existing control measures and increases the difficulty for treating VOCs.Adsorption is widely used in industrial VOCs emission owing to low cost,low consumption and mature process.The humidity of exhaust gases emitted from industries such as petrochemicals,pharmaceuticals,fine chemicals,manufacturing,printing and dyeing ranges from 10%to 70%,which mainly consists of alkanes,olefins,aromatics,etc.The adsorption of VOCs under high humidity conditions is mainly achieved through hydrophobic modifications of carbon materials,MOF(metal organic framework)and molecular sieves.Common hydrophobic modification methods include the introduction of non-polar functional groups and hydrophobic coatings.This work summarized the sources and emission characteristics of VOCs,and reviewd the current research progress of hydrophobic adsorbents to provide ideas for the treatment of VOCs under high humidity conditions.
