油页岩低碳制氢工艺设计与技术经济评价

摘  要:油页岩资源储量丰富,然而与常规油气相比,页岩油气开发成本较高。在应对双碳战略的背景下,迫切需要探索油页岩的高值化低碳利用新途径。目前的油页岩加工技术可能需要将氢气用作原料,或者仅将其作为少量副产品。为摆脱以炼油为目标的传统方法,提出油页岩全制氢的技术理念,设计页岩油和干馏气全部用于生产氢气的完整工艺路线,实现氢气的高产率,并开展分析评价。油页岩制氢工艺路线设计了6个模块,使氢气成为唯一的能源产品。在实现总脱碳率>95%的前提下,油页岩制氢的效益为每t油页岩可生产33.47 kg H_(2)。相比炼油工艺,油页岩制氢的投资利用率提升8.48%,投资回收期减少1.6 a。相比其他制氢方式,油页岩制氢具有一定成本优势和规模优势。通过以氢气生产为目的的油页岩开发创新,为其高值化低碳利用和丰富氢气供应链提供了技术选择。Oil shale resources possess significant reserves,but shale oil/gas development incurs relatively higher costs compared to conventional oil/gas.The carbon neutrality goal urgently needs novel pathways for the high-value and low-carbon utilization of oil shale.Currently,although plenty of studies for oil shale to fuels or chemicals are published,the role of hydrogen is just a by-product or a raw material for treatment.Therefore,this study proposed a novel concept of hydrogen-targeted production from oil shale to boost its competitiveness and clean utilization,accompanied by its techno-economic evaluation.Shale-to-hydrogen process route was designed with siXmodules,among which the pyrolyzed shale oil and retorting gas were all converted to hydrogen to specially make it the only energy product.With the prerequisite of a strict decarbonization rate surpassing 95%,the entire process of proposed concept achieves the production capacity of 33.47 kg H_(2) per ton oil shale.Compared to traditional oil refinery process,shale-to-hydrogen process shows 8.48%enhancement in return on investment and 1.6 a reduction in payback period.Compared to other hydrogen production methods,shale-to-hydrogen process exhibits notable cost advantage,even though carbon capture is implemented.Through the innovative conceptual design with feasibility assessment of oil shale development focused on hydrogen gas as the only energy product,this study contributes a technical solution for future oil shale utilization and hydrogen supply.
