摘 要:耐张线夹是架空输电线路中承载张力、承受电流的重要电力金具,对其进行失效性能分析及无损检测非常重要。首先,从行业标准规范入手,详述压缩型耐张线夹的典型缺陷及压接质量评定项;然后,从理论计算与实验、计算数值模拟等方面阐述耐张线夹接续故障分析的研究进展,并指出耐张线夹的机械性能、电气性能分析主要集中于单一失效机理分析,较少涉及多物理场下的耐张线夹特征分析;接着,汇总耐张线夹4种无损检测方法;最后,提出耐张线夹无损检测值得进一步关注的研究方向。Strain clamps are important electrical fittings for carrying tension and current in overhead transmission lines,and it is crucial to conduct failure performance analysis and non-destructive testing on them.Firstly,starting from industry standards and specifications,describe the typical defects and crimping quality evaluation items of compressed strain clamps in detail;Then,the research progress of fault analysis of strain clamps connection is elaborated from the aspects of theoretical calculation,experiment,and numerical simulation.It is pointed out that the mechanical and electrical performance analysis of strain clamps mainly focuses on the analysis of a single failure mechanism,and rarely involves the analysis of the characteristics of strain clamps under multiple physical fields;Next,summarize four non-destructive testing methods for strain clamps;Finally,research directions worth further attention for non-destructive testing of strain clamps are proposed.
