摘 要:低轨卫星对于提升宽带通信、导航定位、军事安全等领域的能力具有重要意义,星载相控阵天线是其重要组成部分。本文针对星载Ka频段相控阵天线在轨可靠性需求和自身组成特性建立了可靠性模型,并对天线阵列选型和布局方式进行了分析,最后对星载Ka相控阵天线出现10%单元损坏的工作场景进行了性能仿真分析。仿真结果表明,三种损坏场景下相控阵接收天线性能损失均小于0.5 dB,发射天线性能损失均小于1 dB,且仍有较好的天线赋形能力,可通过重置幅度和相位加权值方式提升旁瓣抑制。相控阵天线可广泛应用于低成本、长寿命低轨卫星系统。Low Earth orbit satellites are of great significance in enhancing the capabilities of areas such as broadband communication,navigation and positioning,military security,and spaceborne phased array antennas are an important component of them.This article establishes a reliability model for the in orbit reliability requirements and self composition characteristics of spaceborne Ka-band phased array antennas.It also analyzes the selection and layout of antenna arrays,followed by performance simulation analysis of the spaceborne Ka phased array antennas under 10%of the units failure scenario.The simulation results show that the performance loss of the phased array receiving antenna is less than 0.5 dB under all three failure scenarios,the performance loss of the transmitting antenna is less than 1 dB,and sidelobe suppression can be improved by resetting amplitude and phase weighting values.Moreover,it still has good antenna shaping ability and can be widely used in low-cost,long-life low orbit satellite systems.
