摘　　要：针对门式起重机起升机构异常振动问题,通过检查机械传动结构和电气控制系统,发现振动的主要原因是:电机与变频器未完全匹配、梅花弹性体硬度不够、编码器的安装方式有误,提出了相应的处置措施。可供同类型设备的相似故障处理参考。Abnormal vibration is observed in the lifting mechanism of a gantry crane.With inspections on the mechanical transmission structures and the electrical control system,it is found that the main causes of the vibration includes incomplete matching of the motor and the frequency convertor,insufficient stiffness of the plum-shaped flexible coupling,and incorrect installation of the encoder.Treatment measures are then proposed correspondingly.It can be useful reference for the treatment of similar faults of equipment of the same type.
