摘　　要：采用线下培训和问卷调查方式,了解吕梁市药品不良反应监管人员开展科普工作现状,探讨提升其科普专业素质的有效途径。结果发现:被调查对象对科普政策知晓度不高;日常工作不涉及科普工作的诱因,主要与单位无硬性要求有关。经过课程培训,多数被调查对象意识到了科普工作的必要性。根据调查结果,基于不同视角提出了可行建议。The offline training and questionnaire survey methods are used to understand the current situation of science popularization work carried out by drug adverse reaction supervisors in Lyuliang City.The effective ways to improve their professional qualities of science popularization are discussed.The surveys show that the respondents are not familiar with relevant national science popularization policies;The reason why daily work does not involve science popularization work is mainly related to the lack of mandatory requirements.After training,most of the respondents realize the necessities of science popularization.Based on the survey results,feasible suggestions are proposed from different perspectives.
