摘　　要：本文围绕带斗门机双线均匀卸料工艺改造展开深入研究。详细分析了带斗门机的基本情况及存在的问题,明确了改造目的,系统阐述了改造方案,并对改造成果进行了全面、深入的分析。通过此次改造,有效提升了带斗门机的作业效率,降低了司机作业强度,延长了设备全寿命周期,为港口物流的高效发展提供了有力支撑。This paper focuses on the transformation of double-line uniform discharge process of door hopper.The basic situation and existing problems of the door hopper machine are analyzed in detail,the purpose of the transformation is clarified,the transformation scheme is expounded systematically,and the transformation results are comprehensively and deeply analyzed.Through this transformation,it effectively improves the working efficiency of the door machine,reduces the working intensity of the driver,extends the life cycle of the equipment,and provides strong support for the efficient development of port logistics.
