摘　　要：药食同源作为一种关于中草药与食物关系的重要概念,在不同文化和医学传统中呈现出多样性的表达和实践。本研究从文化视角出发,探讨了药食同源在中医药和全球民族药学中的理论基础和实践方式,以及不同文化背景对这一概念的影响。As an important concept about the relationship between Chinese herbal medicine and food,homology of medicine and food has shown diverse expressions and practices in different cultures and medical traditions.From a cultural perspective,this study explores the theoretical basis and practice of the homology of medicine and food in traditional Chinese medicine and global ethnopharmacy,as well as the influence of different cultural backgrounds on this concept.
