摘  要:板坯连铸机结晶器窄边足辊经常发生轴承盖脱落、辊子整体松动、轴承损坏故障,易造成漏钢事故,此类故障已严重制约生产节奏。为解决此问题,研究从足辊结构进行改进,从而延长窄边足辊使用寿命,降低生产事故率。Bearing cap falling off,roller loosening as a whole and bearing damage often occur in narrow edge foot-roller for mold of slab continuous caster,which easily leads to steel breakout accident.Such faults have seriously restricted the production.In order to solve this problem,the improvement of foot-roller mechanism is studied,so as to prolong the service life of narrow edge foot-roller and reduce the production accident rate.
