摘 要:莱钢型钢炼铁厂1880 m^(3)高炉喷煤系统配加焦化除尘灰时,原设计为使用皮带将焦化除尘灰混入原煤的配加工艺,但由于配加工艺线长等原因,不仅造成设备异常磨损,而且造成二次扬尘,存在较大环保风险,本文主要论述了对高炉喷煤配加焦化除尘灰工艺的技术改进,使用气力输送方式配加焦化除尘灰,不仅规避了二次扬尘的环保风险,而且减轻了中速磨的设备磨损,降低了无效加工的工序能耗。The coking dust removal ash was added into the 1880 m^(3) blast furnace of Iron-aking Plant of Laiwu Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.through coal injection system,which was originally designed to use belt to blend coking dust removal ash into raw coal.However,due to the long process line,it not only caused abnormal wear of equipment,but also caused secondary dust flying,which has great environmental risk.This paper mainly discusses the technical improvement of coking dust removal ash adding process through coal injection system of blast furnace.Using pneumatic conveying mode to add coking dust removal ash not only avoids the environmental risk of secondary dust flying,but also reduces the equipment wear of medium-speed mill and reduces the process energy consumption of ineffective processing.
