摘　　要：组装阳极制品的生产过程中产生大量的烟气,造成生产现场与大气污染。与现行的清洁文明生产、环境保护及职业健康政策与理念严重不符。通过对阳极组装烟尘净化治理,解决了组装车间烟气无组织排放和烟气直排污染环境问题,同时采用干法蘸石墨不需要对钢爪进行烘干,全年节约用电31万kW×h。煤油消耗减少92%,浇铸合格率提高3%。In the process of assembling anode products,a large amount of smoke is generated,which causes the pollution of the production site and the atmosphere.It is seriously inconsistent with the current policy and concept of clean and civilized production,environmental protection and occupational health,and must be treated.
