摘　　要：老病残罪犯监区民警作为基层监狱重要警力之一,代表了监狱民警的执法形象,在依法治监中扮演着重要的角色。目前,老病残罪犯监区民警能力建设存在医疗护理知识短缺、沟通能力不足、换位思考能力欠缺、人文关怀能力较弱等问题。监狱需要通过加强民警医疗护理知识培训、建立健全民警激励、容错机制、加强民警沟通技能培训等路径,为老病残罪犯监区民警的能力提升提供坚实保障。As one of the important police forces in grassroots prisons,the police officers in the prison for the elderly,sick and disabled represent the law enforcement image of prison police and play an important role in the rule of law in prison.At present,there are problems in the capacity building of police officers in the detention areas for elderly,sick,and disabled criminals,such as a shortage of medical and nursing knowledge,insufficient communication skills,a lack of empathy,and weak humanistic care abilities.Prisons need to strengthen the training of police officers on medical care knowledge,establish a sound incentive and fault tolerance mechanism for police officers,and enhance communication skills training for police officers,in order to provide solid guarantees for the improvement of the abilities of police officers in the prison area for elderly,sick,and disabled prisoners.
