摘 要:废旧聚丙烯(PP)的熔融温度远超过沥青常规拌合温度是其用于沥青改性的技术难题。本研究采用不同掺量的过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)通过力化学降解方法对废旧PP进行预处理,制备不同低熔型沥青改性剂,并通过熔融共混法将其用于制备改性沥青,其中DCP与废旧PP的质量比分别为0.0%、0.1%、0.3%与0.5%。通过差示扫描量热分析研究DCP掺量对废旧PP热稳定性的影响规律,并且进一步通过傅里叶变换红外光谱、荧光显微镜和动态剪切流变测试,评价不同PP改性剂对沥青分子结构、微观形态和流变性能的影响。结果表明:DCP会降低废旧PP的热稳定性,且当DCP与废旧PP的质量比为0.3%时,DCP对废旧PP的降解程度最大;PP改性剂对沥青的改性过程属于物理作用;废旧PP与沥青之间的相容性得到了较大改善;DCP对废旧PP的降解作用不会明显影响沥青的抗变形性,且DCP与废旧PP的质量比为0.0%和0.3%时,其改性沥青的流变性能相接近。The use of waste polypropylene(PP)in bitumen modification is a technical bottleneck because its melting temperature is far higher than the conventional blending temperature of asphalt.This study adopted different dosages of dicumyl peroxide(DCP)to pretreat waste PP for preparing different low-melting asphalt modifiers through a mechanochemical degradation method,and the modified asphalts were prepared using a melt-mixing method,which the mass ratios of DCP to waste PP were 0.0%,0.1%,0.3%,and 0.5%,respectively.Using the differential scanning calorimeter test,the effect of DCP dosages on the thermal stability of waste PP was studied,and the effects of different PP modifiers on the molecular structure,microscopic morphology and rheological properties of bitumen were also evaluated using the Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,fluorescence microscopy,and dynamic shear rheology tests.The results show that DCP reduces the thermal stability of waste PP,and the degradation degree of waste PP reaches a maximum level as the mass ratio of DCP to waste PP is 0.3%;the modification processes of PP modifiers to bitumen physical interaction;the compatibility between waste PP and bitumen can be further improved;and the degradation impact of DCP on waste PP does not significantly affect the deformation resistance of asphalt binder,and the rheological properties of their modified asphalts are close to each other when the mass ratios of DCP to waste PP are 0.0%and 0.3%,respectively.
