广西边陲少数民族地区育龄人群三孩生育意愿及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的调查广西边陲少数民族地区育龄人群的三孩生育意愿,并对其影响因素进行分析。方法通过便利抽样法,选取广西边陲少数民族地区的百色市和河池市共1728名育龄人群作为研究对象。收集研究对象的性别、年龄、民族、居住地、教育水平、婚姻状况、是否拥有稳定职业、家庭月收入、每月子女支出比例、住房状况、现有子女情况、主要子女照顾者以及三孩生育意愿等数据。通过统计分析,探讨影响育龄人群三孩生育意愿的因素。结果82.41%的育龄人群表示无意愿生育三孩。统计学分析显示,年龄、家庭月收入、婚姻状况、教育水平以及已育子女的性别是影响育龄人群三孩生育意愿的主要因素。结论广西边陲少数民族地区育龄人群的三孩生育意愿普遍偏低。建议相关部门在制定和执行三孩生育政策时,应综合考虑个人价值观、家庭健康、社会保障等多方面因素,以确保三孩政策的全面实施和有效执行。Objective To investigate the willingness of the childbearing age population to have three children in ethnic minority areas in the border of Guangxi,and to analyze its influencing factors.Methods A convenient sampling method was used to select 1728 people of childbearing age who live in Baise City and Hechi City(the border minority areas of Guangxi)were selected as research subjects.Data on gender,age,ethnicity,place of residence,education level,marital status,stable occupation,monthly family income,monthly child expenditure ratio,housing status,current child situation,primary child caregiver,and willingness to have three children of the research subjects were collected.Factors affecting the willingness of childbearing age population to have three children were explored through statistical analysis.Results 82.41%of the childbearing age population expressed unwillingness to have three children.Statistical analysis showed that age,monthly family income,marital status,education level,and gender of children were main factors affecting the willingness of childbearing age population to have three children.Conclusion The willingness to have three children among the childbearing age population in ethnic minority areas in the border of Guangxi is generally low.It is suggested that relevant departments should comprehensively consider various factors such as personal values,family health,and social security when formulating and implementing the three child policy,in order to ensure the comprehensive and effective implementation of this policy.
