网络信息化背景下数据中台赋能资产托管业务的探索与实践

摘　　要：网络信息时代为资产托管业务升级提供了契机,打造信息化、数字化的资产托管业务模式成为该业务创新的主流方向。文章从网络信息化视角切入,首先阐述了数据中台的概念,其次论证了资产托管数据中台的规划设计要点,最后讨论了数据中台赋能资产托管业务的现实路径。研究结果表明,数据中台赋能资产托管业务具有一定的可行性,在规划设计的数据中台系统赋能资产托管业务时,可突出以下几个方面,即风险管理与绩效评估、统一资讯数据、监管报送、托管内控、经营统计分析、管理驾驶舱服务等。期望本课题的研究成果可在资产托管业务领域起到抛砖引玉的效果,为同行们的业务创新提供参考。The era of network information provides an opportunity for upgrading asset custody business,and creating an information-based and digital asset custody business model has become the mainstream direction of innovation in this business.The article starts from the perspective of network informatization,first elaborating on the concept of data center,then demonstrating the planning and design points of asset custody data center,and finally discussing the practical path of empowering asset custody business with data center.The research results indicate that empowering asset custody business with a data center has certain feasibility.When planning and designing a data center system to empower asset custody business,the following aspects can be highlighted:risk management and performance evaluation,unified information data,regulatory reporting,custody internal control,business statistical analysis,and management cockpit services.It is expected that the research results of this topic can have a stimulating effect in the field of asset custody business,providing reference for business innovation among peers.
