摘　　要：塔塔尔族撒班节承载着悠久的农耕文明以及对犁铧农具的感恩,蕴含着人与自然和谐共生等文化内涵,体现用艰苦劳作创造美好生活的精神品质,但也面临着巨大的生存挑战。动漫文创作为高辨识度的视觉文化符号和具有衍生功能可承载式综合体,能赋予文化新动力并释放文化中的精神力量,在中华民族现代文明建设的文化创新中突显出强大的创造力和传播力。The Satan Festival of the Tatar ethnic group carries a long and splendid agricultural civilization and gratitude for plowshares and agricultural tools,reflecting cultural connotations such as harmonious coexistence between humans and nature.It embodies the spiritual quality of creating a better life through hard work,but also faces huge survival challenges.As a highly recognizable visual cultural symbol and a comprehensive entity with derivative functions,anime and cultural creativity can give new impetus to culture and release the spiritual power contained in culture,highlighting strong creativity and dissemination in the cultural innovation of modern Chinese civilization construction.
