摘  要:该研究以电石渣、铝酸盐水泥为主要材料,制备出一种人工湿地免烧填料(CSAC填料),并对其镉吸附能力进行了探究。结果表明,CSAC填料(电石渣80%,铝酸盐水泥20%)具有良好的镉吸附性能,初始Cd^(2+)浓度为50 mg/L时,镉吸附量可达299.8 mg/g,且吸附结果受多种因素(pH、初始浓度、反应时间、温度)影响。吸附动力学分析表明吸附过程更符合准二级动力学模型,非均相化学吸附过程是CSAC填料镉吸附的主要过程。吸附等温分析表明,吸附过程可以用Sips模型拟合,且根据Sips模型得出的理论最大吸附容量为341.33 mg/g(30℃)。表征结果表明,ASAC填料对镉的吸附机理包括Cd^(2+)与Ca(OH)2、CO_(2)结合,形成CdCO_(3)沉淀,Cd^(2+)与水化产物发生晶间取代、络合反应。CSAC填料具有良好的力学性能和物理性能,指标均符合要求。研究结果可为人工湿地除镉填料的开发及电石渣的资源化利用提供参考。A non-calcined artificial wetland filler(CSAC filler)was prepared using carbide slag and aluminate ce⁃ment,and its cadmium adsorption capacity was investigated.The results showed that CSAC fillers(80%calcium carbide slag,20%aluminate cement)have good cadmium adsorption performance.When the initial Cd^(2+)concentration was 50 mg/L,the cadmium adsorption amount can reach 299.8 mg/g,and the results were influenced by various factors(pH,initial concentration,reaction time,temperature).The adsorption kinetics analysis showed that the adsorp⁃tion process was more in line with the quasi second order kinetic model,and the heterogeneous chemical adsorp⁃tion process was the main process of cadmium adsorption on CSAC fillers.The adsorption isotherm analysis showed that the adsorption process can be fitted using the Sips model,and the theoretical maximum adsorption ca⁃pacity obtained from the Sips model was 341.33 mg/g(30℃).The characterization results indicated that the adsorp⁃tion mechanism of CSAC fillers for cadmium includes the combination of Cd^(2+)with Ca(OH)2 and CO_(2),forming CdCO_(3)precipitation;Cd^(2+)undergoes intergranular substitution and complexation reactions with hydration products.CSAC filler has good mechanical and physical properties,and all indicators meet the requirements.The research results provided strong reference for the development of cadmium removal fillers in constructed wetlands and the resource utilization of carbide slag.
