摘 要:作为国民经济的重要组成部分,旅游业是释放消费活力、拉动内需的重要驱动力。文章基于文本分析法构建城市数字经济发展指数,利用地级市层面统计数据、旅游上市企业数据、地图大数据以及微观调查数据,实证评估了数字经济对旅游产业发展的影响及其渠道机制。研究发现:第一,数字经济显著促进了旅游业发展,并且交通基础设施建设可以强化这一效应,该结论经过内生性问题处理和一系列稳健性检验后仍然成立;第二,机制识别发现,数字经济通过促进旅游投资和刺激旅游消费推动了旅游产业发展;第三,异质性分析表明,相较于旅游资源禀赋较匮乏的地区,在旅游资源禀赋较丰富地区数字经济对旅游产业的赋能作用更加明显。研究厘清了数字经济促进旅游产业发展的内在逻辑和作用边界,拓展并深化了数字经济赋能实体经济发展的理论基础,同时为加速实现旅游经济复苏从而稳定宏观经济增长提供了新的视角。Tourism industry,as a substantial component of the national economy,has a crucial function in unleashing the capacity for expenditure and enhancing domestic demand.The rapid advancement of new-generation information and digital technology,such as cloud computing,big data,and artificial intelligence,has greatly contributed to the growth and success of the tourism industry and the overall prosperity of the tourism economy.Against the background,the article looks into whether the digital economy can support the growth of tourism sector,which has important theoretical and practical implications for promoting the growth of the tourism market in the modern day and ensuring the high-quality development of tourism sector.This paper delves at the impact of the digital economy on the tourism industry,from the perspectives of tourism investment and tourism consumption.From a tourism investment perspective,the progress of the digital economy,specifically the use of technologies like big data and machine learning,can help reduce the unequal access to information between financial institutions and tourism businesses.This can in turn help alleviate the financial limitations faced by the tourism enterprises.Meanwhile,digital technologies,such as internet platforms and artificial intelligence algorithms,can facilitate the alignment of supply and demand factors within the tourism industry.This process mitigates information asymmetry between tourism enterprises and destinations,as well as between tourism enterprises and consumers,thereby stimulating the vitality of tourism investment.From a tourism consumption perspective,the digital economy enhances the capability of tourists to access information about tourism products and influences their consumption preferences,ultimately contributing to the stimulation of tourism consumption vitality.This paper utilizes textual analysis,prefecture-level statistical data,data from tourism-related listed companies,map big data,and microdata to empirically evaluate the impact of the digital econo
