摘 要:深入分析火电厂汽轮机变工况运行的计算方法,基于汽轮机原理、传热方程、IAPWS和能量守恒方程等理论支撑,结合国内、国际标准,研究了简洁、准确的汽轮机变工况计算模型。通过汽轮机变工况分析、推导,得出新的低压缸排汽焓、干度及低压缸效率计算方法,为火电厂能耗实时在线监测及离线分析提供了准确的计算模型,解决了汽轮机变工况低压缸无法精确计算的缺点。目前计算方法已得到实际应用,计算精度符合要求,同时总结了一种低压缸排汽焓测量装置原理,为研发低压缸排汽焓测量装置提供参考。It deeply analyzes the calculation method of steam turbine operation under variable operating conditions in thermal power plant.Based on turbine-based principle,heat transfer equations,IAPWS and energy conservation equations,combined with domestic and international standards,it analyzes a more concise and accurate calculation model for variable operating conditions of steam turbines.Through the analysis and derivation of turbine variable operating conditions,a new calculation method of exhaust enthalpy,dryness and efficiency of low pressure cylinder is obtained.It solves the defect that the low pressure cylinder can not be calculated accurately in the variable operating condition of steam turbine.At present,the calculation method is applied in practice,and the calculation accuracy meets the requirements.At the same time,the principle of a low pressure cylinder exhaust enthalpy measurement device is proposed,which provides reference for the research and development of low pressure cylinder device.
