摘　　要：为了改善PLA本身固有的脆性以扩大其应用范围,通过2,5-呋喃二甲酸和天然脂肪醇酯化反应,设计并合成了一种具有新颖结构的全生物基呋喃二甲酸酯(DAF)增塑剂,通过拉伸性能测试、熔融结晶行为分析、热失重行为分析、动态力学性能分析和微观形貌分析系统研究了DAF对PLA的增塑规律和作用机理。结果表明,DAF具有优异的增塑增韧效果,当DAF质量分数为10%时,与纯PLA相比,DAF增塑PLA材料的断裂伸长率由7%提高至211.68%,优于同等添加量的对苯二甲酸二辛酯(DOTP)增塑PLA材料,甚至可与DOTP质量分数为20%时的增塑效率相媲美;随着DAF添加量的增加,PLA/DAF的玻璃化转变温度和熔融温度逐渐降低,PLA加工性能得以改善,虽然热稳定性逐渐变差,但与PLA/DOTP差别不大,且DAF与PLA相容性良好。研究发现在增塑PLA中,DAF对DOTP表现出良好的替代作用。In order to improve the inherent brittleness of polylactic acid(PLA)for extending its application range,through the esterification reaction of 2,5-furan dicarboxylic acid and natural fatty alcohols,a bio-based furan dicarboxylate(DAF)plasticizer with a novel structure was designed and synthesized.The plasticizing law and mechanism of DAF on PLA were studied systematically through the tensile property test,melting and crystallization behavior analysis,thermogravimetric behavior analysis,dynamic mechanical properties analysis and micro morphology analysis.The results show that DAF has excellent plasticizing and toughening effects,the elongation at break of PLA plasticized by DAF is increased from 7%(PLA)to 211.68%when DAF is added at 10 wt%,which is better than that of PLA plasticized by dioctyl terephthalate(DOTP)with the same contents,and even comparable to the plasticizing efficiency when DOTP is added at 20 wt%.With the increase of DAF addition,the glass transition temperature and melting temperature of PLA/DAF gradually decreases,thereby enhancing the processability of PLA.Although the thermal stability gradually deteriorates,there is little difference with PLA/DOTP,and the compatibility of DAF and PLA is good.It is found that DAF shows a good substitution effect for DOTP in plasticized PLA.
