摘 要:通过化学氧化聚合法原位合成掺杂态聚苯胺,在合成过程中利用聚苯胺将硅基纳米片(SNS)包覆制备聚苯胺包覆SNS,而后将聚苯胺包覆SNS负载在复合纤维纸基底上制得储氢复合膜,探讨了聚苯胺质量分数对复合膜结构、形貌和电化学性能的影响。结果表明,聚苯胺包覆SNS主要以珊瑚状的颗粒和部分线型结构均匀沉积在复合膜内部植物纤维和粉煤灰纤维的表面,掺杂态聚苯胺大π键上的自由电子与被吸附氢原子s层的单个电子以共价键的形式结合,显著增大了复合膜的氢扩散能力。掺杂态聚苯胺在复合膜内的植物纤维与粉煤灰纤维之间穿插,显著改善了纤维之间的界面,提高了复合膜的拉伸强度。当聚苯胺质量分数达到30%时,复合膜的氢扩散系数达到9.2×10^(-6)cm^(2)/s,拉伸强度达到0.7 MPa。实验证明,掺杂态聚苯胺改善储氢复合膜具有优异的氢扩散能力和强度,该策略通过聚苯胺实现了储氢材料SNS与基底的组装,显示了该复合膜在储能复合器件领域的潜在应用。Doped polyaniline was in-situ synthesized by chemical oxidation polymerization,during the synthesis process,polyaniline coated silicon-based nanosheets(SNS)were prepared by coating SNS with polyaniline,and then the polyaniline coated SNS was deposited on composite fiber paper substrate for preparing hydrogen storage composite membranes.The effects of content of polyaniline on the structure,morphology and electrochemical properties of the composite membranes were investigated.The results show that the polyaniline-coated SNS are uniformly deposited on the surface of plant fiber and fly ash fiber in the composite membranes with coral-like particles and partial linear structure.The single electron in the s-layer of adsorbed hydrogen atom is combined with the free electron in the doped polyaniline largeπbond in the form of covalent bond,which significantly increases the hydrogen diffusion ability of the composite membranes.Moreover,the doped polyaniline particles intersperse between the plant fibers and the fly ash fibers in the composite membranes,which significantly improves the interface between the fibers and improves the tensile strength of the composite membranes.When the content of polyaniline is 30 wt%,the maximum hydrogen diffusion coefficient reaches 9.2×10^(-6) cm^(2)/s and the tensile strength reaches 0.7 MPa.Experiments show that the prepared hydrogen storage composite membrane has excellent hydrogen diffusion ability and strength.This strategy can realize the assembly of hydrogen storage material SNS and substrate through polyaniline,which shows the potential application in the field of energy storage composite devices.
