摘  要:为了改善聚乳酸(PLA)的冲击性能,以乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯(ATBC)为增韧剂,通过共混法制备具有高冲击强度的ATBC增韧PLA材料(PLA/ATBC),利用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪表征PLA/ATBC的结构,同时探究ATBC含量对PLA的流变、拉伸和冲击性能的影响,并与增韧剂官能团化聚酯弹性体(BP-2)改性PLA材料(PLA/BP-2)的力学性能进行比较。结果表明,ATBC降低了材料的拉伸性能,但适量的ATBC能够提高材料的加工性能和冲击性能。当ATBC质量分数为2.5%时,材料的平衡扭矩最低;当ATBC质量分数为5%时,材料的冲击强度达到最大,为30.1 kJ/m^(2),比纯PLA增加了87%,继续增加ATBC含量,材料的冲击强度迅速下降。此外,在增韧剂质量分数为5%时,PLA/ATBC的力学性能明显高于PLA/BP-2,冲击强度相比PLA/BP-2提高了79.2%。上述结果为高冲击性能PLA材料的开发提供了参考。In order to improve the impact property of polylactic acid(PLA),acetyl tributyl citrate(ATBC)was used as a toughening agent to prepare ATBC toughened PLA materials(PLA/ATBC)with high impact strength through blending method.Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy were employed to characterize the structure of the PLA/ATBC.Additionally,the influences of ATBC content on the rheological,tensile,and impact properties of PLA were investigated and compared with the mechanical properties of toughening agent functionalized polyester elastomer(BP-2)modified PLA materials(PLA/BP-2).The results show that ATBC decreases the tensile properties of the material,but an appropriate amount of ATBC can improve the processing and impact properties of the material.When the mass fraction of ATBC is 2.5%,the equilibrium torque of the material is the lowest.When the mass fraction of ATBC reaches 5%,the impact strength of PLA peaked at 30.1 kJ/m2,which increases by 87%compared to pure PLA,but continuing to increase the ATBC content can lead to a rapid decrease in the impact strength of the material.Furthermore,the mechanical properties of PLA/ATBC are significantly higher than those of PLA/BP-2 blend with the same toughening agent mass fraction of 5%,the impact strength of PLA/ATBC increases by 79.2%compared to PLA/BP-2.The above results provide reference for the development of PLA materials with high impact property.
