摘 要:芳纶纤维增强抗弹复合材料因具有优异的破片防护性能、阻燃性能及低密度等特点被广泛应用于装甲车辆防护产品中。提升该复合材料的核防护能力可进一步提高装甲车辆的综合防护能力。基于蒙特卡罗方法,采用MCNP软件建立了芳纶纤维增强聚氨酯树脂基复合材料计算模型,分析了该复合材料在不同条件下对不同能量中子射线的辐射屏蔽能力。模拟计算结果表明,该复合材料在不同成型压力下,对热中子射线的屏蔽能力影响很小,可忽略不计;随着树脂含量的增加,复合材料对中子射线的屏蔽能力线性增大,其中对热中子影响最为显著,对快中子屏蔽效果最差;随着厚度的增加,该复合材料对中子屏蔽能力不断增强但趋势不同,其中对慢中子和中能中子屏蔽能力较强且非线性增大,最后趋于平稳,对快中子屏蔽能力较弱但线性增大。另外,通过模拟计算,对穿透中子的能量分布进行了统计分析,结果表明,芳纶纤维增强抗弹复合材料对慢中子和中能中子具有较高的慢化效应,对快中子的慢化效应较低。Aramid fiber reinforced ballistic composites are widely used in armored vehicle protection products because of their excellent fragment protection performances,flame retardant performance and low density.Improving the nuclear protection capability of the composites can further improve the comprehensive protection capability of armored vehicles.The numerical models of aramid fiber reinforced polyurethane resin matrix composites were established by MCNP software based on Monte Carlo method.The radiation shielding abilities of the composites with different conditions to various energy neutron rays were analyzed.The simulation results show that the thermal neutron shielding ability of the composite is little affected and negligible by different molding pressure.With the increase of the resin content,the shielding efficiency of the composite on neutron ray increases linearly,especially for thermal neutron,which is the worst for fast neutrons.Then,with the increase of thickness,the neutron shielding ability of the composite is continuously enhanced,but the increase trend is different,in which the shielding ability for slow and medium neutrons is strong and increases nonlinearly,and finally tends to be stable,and the shielding ability for fast neutrons is weak but increases linearly.In addition,the energy distribution of penetrating neutrons was analyzed by simulation.The results show that aramid fiber reinforced ballistic composites have high moderating effect for slow and medium neutrons and low moderating effect for fast neutrons.
