摘  要:通过数字光固化(DLP)3D打印技术制备硅酸铝增强DLP光敏树脂制件,为了优化出最佳的硅酸铝用量和成型工艺,首先采用单因素实验研究了DLP工艺参数(曝光时间、打印层厚)以及不同硅酸铝用量对制件成型误差及拉伸强度的影响规律,选取合适的参数范围作为响应面法水平值;随后,在Design-Expert 13软件中,采用响应面法构建以打印层厚、曝光时间以及硅酸铝用量为实验变量,以成型误差与拉伸强度为响应值的二次多项式回归模型;最后,将成型误差最小、拉伸强度最大同时作为优化目标,进行工艺参数优化。得到的最佳工艺参数组合为打印层厚0.04mm、曝光时间5 s、硅酸铝质量分数2%。按照此参数组合条件,打印成型件最终的成型误差和拉伸强度分别为0.41%和64.3 MPa,与理论预测值接近,优化结果可靠。Through digital light processing(DLP)3D printing technology,the aluminum silicate reinforced DLP photosensitive resin parts were prepared,in order to optimize the optimal aluminum silicate content and molding process,the influences of DLP process parameters(exposure time,printing layer thickness)and different aluminum silicate contents on the forming error and tensile strength of the part were studied by single factor experiment,and the appropriate parameter range was selected as the level value of the response surface method.Then,in Design-Expert 13 software,the response surface method was used to construct quadratic polynomial regression models with the printing layer thickness,exposure time and aluminum silicate content as experimental variables,and forming error and tensile strength as response values.Finally,the minimum forming error and the maximum tensile strength were taken as the optimization goals for optimizing process parameters.The obtained optimum process parameter combination is that the printing layer thickness is 0.04 mm,the exposure time is 5 s,and the aluminum silicate mass fraction is 2%.According to this parameter combination condition,the final forming error and tensile strength of the printed molded parts are 0.41%and 64.3 MPa respectively,which are close to the theoretical prediction values,and the optimization results are reliable.
