摘 要:针对纤维增强树脂基复合材料传统制造工艺面临的技术瓶颈,简述了该类复合材料3D打印技术的国内外研究进展,系统性总结出“短纤维/热塑性→短纤维/热固性→连续纤维/热塑性→连续纤维/热固性”的纤维增强复合材料3D打印发展趋势。通过国内外不同工艺方案的审视对比,凸显出纤维增强复合材料3D打印在高性能材料替代利用、减轻工艺复杂性、提升生产灵活性以及降低成本等多方面的核心潜力,揭示了这项技术在汽车制造产业链中的应用前景,指出了纤维增强复合材料3D打印技术的后续设计应用与创新发展趋势。Aiming at the technical bottlenecks faced by the conventional fabrication process of fiber reinforced polymer composites,the domestic and international research progress of 3D printing technology in the field of the composites were briefly described.The development trends of the 3D printed fiber reinforced composites were systematically summarized,spanning from short fiber/thermoplastics,short fiber/thermosets,to continuous fiber/thermoplastics and continuous fiber/thermosets.By reviewing and comparing different process schemes at home and abroad,the core potentials of the composite 3D printing in terms of advanced material substitution,reduction of process complexity,enhancement of production flexibility,and cost savings,were highlighted.The broad prospects of this technology among the automotive manufacturing chains were revealed.Further design and application,and innovative progressions of the composite 3D printing in the future were pointed out.
