摘  要:建立了热解分离-气相色谱-串联质谱法快速测定涂料聚合物中新型含氮有机生物杀伤剂丁基氨基甲酸碘代丙炔酯(IPBC)和N,N-二(3-氨基丙基)十二烷基胺(DAPDOA)的含量。样品通过固化、粉碎后直接进样后的气体经DB-5MS UI色谱柱分离,采用气相色谱串联质谱技术进行测定,以多反应监控模式内标法定量。IPBC和DAPDOA的质量分数在10.0~500 mg/kg范围内具有良好的线性关系,相关系数均大于0.997,定量限分别为4.1、9.8 mg/kg。样品加标平均回收率在89.8%~109%,测定结果的相对标准偏差为3.6%~7.0%(n=6)。该方法无需经过萃取净化等多步操作而直接进样分析,适用于涂料或固体聚合物中含氮有机生物杀伤剂的筛查分析及其含量的快速测定。A rapid method for the determination of iodopropyl butyrate carbamate(IPBC)and N,N-bis(3-aminopropyl)dodecylamine(DAPDOA)in coatings polymers was developed based on evolving gas analysis-gas chromatography tandem mass spectrometry.Coating samples were directly injected after curing and crushing.The target compounds were determined by gas chromatography tandem mass spectrometry,separated by DB-5MS UI column,and determined by internal standard method in multiple reaction monitoring mode.The mass fraction of IPBC and DAPDOA had good linear relationships within the range of 10.0-500 mg/kg,the correlation coefficients were all more than 0.997,the limits of quantitation were 4.1 mg/kg and 9.8 mg/kg,respectively.The recoveries were 89.8%-109%,and the relative standard deviations were 3.6%-7.0%(n=6).The operation of this method is straightforward and its sensitivity is remarkable,making it ideal for qualitative analysis and the swift determination of IPBC and DAPDOA from coating polymers.
