摘  要:建立了基于钝化碳量子点的荧光分光光度法测定护肤品中的谷胱甘肽含量。高温加热柠檬酸制备碳量子点溶液,将不同浓度的谷胱甘肽标准溶液与1-乙基-(3-二甲基氨基丙基)碳二亚胺溶液(EDC)混合10 min,加入碳量子点溶液中反应10 min。样品用水提取,经PBS磷酸盐缓冲溶液稀释后,与标准溶液进行同步操作,测定荧光强度。谷胱甘肽溶液的质量浓度在0.1~100μg/mL范围内呈线性关系,相关系数为0.999 4,方法检出限为0.004%。在3种基质中,高、低两种加标水平下的平均回收率为93.7%~101.5%,测定结果的相对标准偏差为1.3%~3.3%(n=6)。该方法操作简便,适用于护肤品中谷胱甘肽含量的快速检测。A fluorescence spectrophotometry method based on passivated carbon quantum dots was established to determine the content of glutathione in skincare products.Carbon quantum dot solution was prepared by heating citric acid at high temperature.Different concentrations of glutathione standard solution were mixed with 1-ethyl-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)carbodiimide solution(EDC)for 10 minutes,and then added to the carbon quantum dot solution for reaction for 10 minutes.The sample was extracted with water,diluted with PBS phosphate buffer solution,and synchronized with the standard solution to determine fluorescence intensity.There were good linear relationship for glutathione in the concentration range of 0.1-100μg/mL with the correlation coefficien 0.9994,and the detection limit of the method was 0.004%.The average recoveries were 93.7%-101.5%,and the relative standard deviations were 1.3%-3.3%(n=6)at the high and low levels of spiking in three matrices.This method is easy to operate and suitable for rapid detection of glutathione content in skincare products.
