摘　　要：研制了一种集提取、过滤、转移功能于一体的直接萃取色谱瓶,与高效液相色谱法联用,测定烟用水基胶中3种异噻唑啉酮杀菌剂。水基胶样品加入直接萃取进样瓶经涡旋混合后,超声萃取30 min后,无需离心、过滤、转移等传统步骤,直接用高效液相色谱检测。3种异噻唑啉酮杀菌剂的质量浓度在0.05~2.50μg/mL范围内与色谱峰面积具有良好的线性关系,相关系数均大于0.998,检出限为0.33~0.55 mg/kg,定量限为1.10~1.83 mg/kg。测定结果的相对标准偏差为1.3%~3.8%(n=6),回收率为90.2%~104.4%。采用该方法对多个水基胶样品进行检测,检测结果与烟草行业标准溶剂萃取过滤法相吻合。该方法可作为一种快速准确测定水基胶中异噻唑啉酮杀菌剂的技术进行推广。The direct extraction chromatographic bottle with extraction,filtration and transfer functions was designed,which was combined with high performance liquid chromatography to determine three isothiazolinone preservatives in water-based adhesives.The samples were added to direct extract-sampling bottle,then ultrasonically extracted for 30 minutes.High performance liquid chromatography could be performed directly without traditional steps such as centrifugation,filtration,and transfer operation.The mass concentrations of three isothiazolinone fungicides had good linear relationships with the chromatographic peak areas in the range of 0.05-2.50μg/mL,the correlation coefficients were all more than 0.998.The detection limits were 0.33-0.55 mg/kg,and the quantification limits were 1.10-1.83 mg/kg.The relative standard deviations of the measurement results were 1.3%-3.8%(n=6),and the recoveries were 90.2%-104.4%.The method was used to detect multiple water-based adhesive samples,and the results were consistent with the tobacco industry standard solvent extraction filtration method.This method can be promoted as a rapid and accurate technique for determining the fungicide isothiazolinone in water-based adhesives.
