摘  要:建立了一种检测汽车内饰材料和零部件中11种乙二醇醚类和丙二醇醚类化合物的气相色谱-质谱联用分析方法。采用1 m^(3)试验舱对样品进行平衡后,用SKC 226-09活性炭采样管采集样品气体,以二氯甲烷-甲醇(体积比为95∶5)为溶剂对采样管进行萃取浓缩,得到的样品溶液通过气相色谱-质谱联用仪进行分析,外标法定量。11种目标物在优化后的条件下可以完全分离,质量浓度在0.5~20μg/mL范围内与色谱峰面积具有良好的线性关系,相关系数均大于0.998,方法检出限为0.743~2.101μg/m^(3),定量限均为15μg/m^(3)。各目标物加标平均回收率为94.94%~102.11%,测定结果的相对标准偏差为1.45%~4.15%(n=6)。该方法满足分析要求,适用于汽车内饰零部件和材料中乙二醇醚类和丙二醇醚类化合物的检测。A gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)analysis method was established to detect 11 glycol ethers and propylene glycol ethers in automotive interior materials and components.1 m3 chamber was employed for sample equilibration with specified parameters,then sample gas was sampled by SKC 226-09 activated carbon tube.The sampling tube was extracted and concentrated using dichloromethane methanol(volume ratio of 95:5)as the solvent,and the resulting sample solution was analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry and quantified by external standard method.Under optimized conditions,the 11 target substances can be completely separated,and there were good linear relationships between the mass concentration in the range of 0.5-20μg/mL and the chromatographic peak areas,the correlation coefficients were all more than 0.998,the detection limits of the method were 0.743-2.101μg/m3,and the quantification limits were all 15μg/m3.The average recoveries of each target substance spiked were 94.94%-102.11%,and the relative standard deviations of the measurement results were 1.45%-4.15%(n=6).This method can be used in the determination of glycol ethers and propylene glycol ethers in vehicle interior materials and components.
