摘 要:基于近红外光谱技术结合化学计量学,建立半夏配方颗粒生产厂家及炮制方法的快速判别模型。采集不同生产厂家或不同炮制方法的半夏配方颗粒近红外光谱,结合合格性测试方法,优化建模参数,建立半夏配方颗粒的生产厂家及不同炮制方法快速判别模型。通过筛选适宜的光谱预处理方法及最优建模参数,建立的模型能够对半夏配方颗粒的生产厂家及炮制方法进行快速有效地区分,判别正确率均为100%。所建立的判别模型简便、无损、绿色、有效,为半夏炮制品配方颗粒鉴别及生产厂家快速区分提供了新的方法参考,同时也为近红外光谱技术在中药配方颗粒定性定量研究领域应用的可行性进行了探索。Based on near infrared spectroscopy and chemometrics,a rapid identification model of Pinellia formula granules manufacturers and processing methods was established.The near infrared spectra of Pinellia formula granules from different manufacturers or processing methods were collected,and the modeling parameters were optimized with the qualification test method to establish a rapid identification model of Pinellia formula granules manufacturers and processing methods.By screening suitable spectral pretreatment methods and optimal modeling parameters,the established model can quickly and effectively distinguish the manufacturers and processing methods of Pinellia formula granules,and the discrimination accuracy was 100%.The identification model established was simple,non-destructive,green and effective,which provides a new method reference for the identification of Pinellia powder formulation granules and the rapid identification of manufacturers,and also probes into the feasibility of the application of near infrared spectroscopy technology in the field of qualitative and quantitative research of Chinese medicine prescription granules.
