摘 要:采用CFD数值模拟方法,基于欧拉-欧拉两相流模型,建立了空调用分液器内气液两相流动数学模型,并分析了不同干度、质量流速及放置方式对分液器内部制冷剂气液两相体积分数分布、流速及分配性能的影响。结果表明:当分液器竖直放置时,制冷剂干度和进口质量流量对分液器分配性能影响较小;制冷剂干度和分液器放置方式对分液器中制冷剂气液两相流动状态影响较大;分液器竖直放置时的分配性能优于倾斜放置的。By using the CFD numerical simulation method,based on the Euler-Eulerian two-phase flow model,the mathematical model of gas-liquid twophase flow in the liquid distributor is developed to study the effects of different dryness,mass flow rate and placement methods on the volume fraction distribution,flow rate and distribution performance of gas-liquid two-phase refrigerant in the liquid distributor were analyzed.The results show that when the liquid distributor is placed vertically,the dryness and the mass flow rate have little effect on the distribution performance of the liquid distributor.The dryness and the placement have a greater effect on the gas-liquid two-phase flow of the refrigerant in the liquid distributor.The performance of the liquid distributor placed vertically is better than that of the inclined liquid distributor.
