摘　　要：为了解决现用的膨胀螺栓锚固力不足的问题,参考了市场上不同种类的膨胀螺栓,并在在不同的墙体上进行了锚固力测试。分析测试结果后发现现用膨胀管的不足,从而进行改进。增加了导向孔和迷宫型开口,以提升其导向性能。针对木螺钉,根据测试结果和拧紧所需要的扭矩值大小,选择合适的规格。In order to solve the problem of insufficient anchoring force of current expansion bolts,different types of expansion bolts on the market were referred to,and anchoring force tests were conducted on different walls.After analyzing the test results,it was found that there were deficiencies in the current expansion tube,and improvements were made accordingly.Added guide holes and maze shaped openings to enhance its guiding performance.Select the appropriate specification for wooden screws based on test results and the required torque value for tightening.
