摘 要:空调柜机面板由底板与装饰板通过胶粘剂粘接而成,随着近年来柜机外观装饰板材质的变化与外观结构的美观设计,对胶粘剂的强度体积比要求越来越高,同时生产工艺上正在逐渐转向自动化、高效率、低成本与低污染,原有的VHB双面胶纸不能满足现有工艺需求。为了寻找替代VHB双面胶纸的强度体积比更强的粘接材料,同时革新现有生产工艺,通过研究现有使用的PUR粘接机理、粘接工艺以及相关性能实验结果,并与VHB胶纸性能与相关工艺进行数据对比,证明了PUR热熔胶粘接工艺替代VHB胶纸在空调柜机面板粘接工艺上使用能提高产品性能和降本增效。Air conditioning cabinet panel by the floor and decorative board by adhesive bonding,as the cabinet in recent years appearance decorative board material change and appearance structure of beautiful design,the strength of adhesive volume ratio requirement is higher and higher,and the production process is gradually turning to automation,high efficiency,low cost and low pollution,the original VHB double-sided adhesive paper can not meet the demand of the existing process.In order to find the strength of VHB double-sided adhesive material,and innovate the existing production process,through the study of the existing PUR bonding mechanism,bonding process and related performance test results,and compared with the performance of VHB adhesive paper and related process,proved that the PUR hot melt adhesive process instead of VHB adhesive paper in the air conditioning cabinet panel bonding process can improve product performance and increase efficiency.
