F型吸气管对转子压缩机高频性能影响的仿真分析

摘  要:为明确双缸大转子压缩机取消储液器后压缩机性能的变化趋势,故将压缩机原有储液器替换成F型吸气管进行性能测试。经实验发现,F型吸气管替代原有储液器后,高频性能恶化明显,因此重点对F型吸气管对压缩机高频性能的影响展开研究。利用CFD仿真技术发现F型吸气管替代储液器后高频性能恶化的主要原因是F型吸气管不存在原储液器内部的吸气增速现象,且管内出现抢气回流的现象。同时,发现F型吸气管的管径和管长无法缓解高频能力衰减,但可通过采用渐缩管形式增加吸气流速或降低管内沿程损失的方式,达到缓解高频能力衰减的目的。To clarify the changing trend of compressor performance after the removal of the accumulator in the twin cylinder large rotor compressor,the original accumulator of the compressor was replaced with an F-type suction pipe for performance testing.Through experiments,it was found that the highfrequency performance deteriorated significantly when the F-type suction pipe replaced the original liquid reservoir.Therefore,focuses on studying the impact of the F-type suction pipe on the high-frequency performance of the compressor.Uses CFD simulation technology to discover that the main reason for the deterioration of high-frequency performance after replacing the reservoir with an F-type suction pipe is that the F-type suction pipe does not have the phenomenon of suction acceleration inside the original reservoir,and there is a phenomenon of gas reflux inside the pipe.At the same time,it was found that the diameter and length of the F-type suction pipe cannot alleviate the attenuation of high-frequency capability,but the purpose of alleviating highfrequency capability attenuation can be achieved by using a tapered pipe form to increase the suction flow rate or reduce the loss along the inside of the pipe.
