摘 要:空调系统作为空气调节的重要设备,噪声控制水平是评价其品质优劣的关键因素之一。因此,对空调系统噪声问题的深入研究显得尤为重要。针对热泵采暖机制冷制热时出现的噪声气流声、啸叫声情况,通过实验分析找出问题所在,并提出优化方案。结果表明:过冷出管处三通变径以及电子膨胀阀结构是导致是气流声、啸叫声产生的主要原因;主阀采用直通型,过冷出总管管径调整同三通阀同管径(φ7)可显著减少气流声及啸叫声的情况。本研究对于解决空调系统噪声气流声、啸叫声等问题及优化空调系统降噪设计具有一定的参考作用。As important equipment for air conditioning,the noise control level of the air conditioning system is one of the key factors in evaluating its quality.Therefore,in-depth research on the noise problem of air conditioning systems is particularly important.The noise,airflow,and whistling sounds that occur during the cooling and heating process of heat pump heating mechanisms are focused on by this article.Through experimental analysis,the problem is identified and optimization solutions are proposed.The results indicate that the three-way variable diameter at the subcooled outlet and the structure of the electronic expansion valve is the main causes of airflow and whistling sounds;The main valve adopts a straight through type,and adjusting the diameter of the subcooled outlet main pipe to the same diameter as the three-way valve(diameter 7)can significantly reduce the occurrence of airflow and whistling sounds.This study has certain reference value for solving problems such as airflow noise and whistling sound in air conditioning systems,as well as optimizing noise reduction design in air conditioning systems.
