血液灌流联合血液透析疗法对肾衰竭伴钙磷代谢异常患者的临床效果研究

摘　　要：研究血液灌流(HP)联合血液透析(HD)治疗肾衰竭伴钙磷代谢异常患者的临床效果。以黔南州人民医院2021年12月—2022年12月收治的74例肾衰竭伴钙磷代谢异常患者为研究对象。采用信封法将其分为研究组和泛例组,每组各37例。泛例组实施HD治疗,研究组实施HP+HD治疗,对比两组患者血清甲状旁腺激素(PTH)水平及临床疗效。结果显示,治疗后,研究组Scr、PTH、BUN水平均低于泛例组(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组钙磷代谢指标水平优于泛例组(P<0.05),研究组治疗总有效率高于泛例组(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组C-反应蛋白(CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-a(TNF-a)水平均低于泛例组(P<0.05)。研究发现,HP+HD治疗肾衰竭伴钙磷代谢异常患者效果显著,可降低患者血清PTH水平,改善患者钙磷代谢水平。Study the clinical efficacy of hemoperfusion(HP)combined with hemodialysis(HD)in treating patients with renal failure accompanied by abnormal calcium and phosphorus metabolism.74 patients with renal failure accompanied by abnormal calcium and phosphorus metabolism admitted to The People’s Hospital of Qiannan from December 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into a study group and a general case group using the envelope method,with 37 cases in each group.The pan case group received HD treatment,while the study group received HP+HD treatment.The serum parathyroid hormone(PTH)levels and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups of patients.The results showed that before treatment,After treatment,the levels of Scr,PTH,and BUN in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of calcium and phosphorus metabolism indicators in the study group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of C-reactive protein(CRP)and tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNF-a)in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that HP+HD treatment has a significant effect on patients with renal failure accompanied by abnormal calcium and phosphorus metabolism,reducing their serum PTH levels and improving their calcium and phosphorus metabolism levels.
