硝苯地平控释片联合奥美沙坦酯氢氯噻嗪片对中重度高血压的疗效分析

摘　　要：研究硝苯地平控释片联合奥美沙坦酯氢氯噻嗪片对中重度高血压的疗效。选取2019年9月—2023年9月北京市顺义区医院收治的70例中重度高血压患者为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各35例。对照组采用硝苯地平控释片治疗,观察组采用硝苯地平控释片联合奥美沙坦酯氢氯噻嗪片治疗,28天为1个疗程,共3个疗程,对比两组患者的收缩压、舒张压、生活质量、不良反应发生情况、血压控制有效率等。结果显示,治疗后,观察组患者的收缩压和舒张压均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者水肿、心悸、头痛等不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的血压控制有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,将硝苯地平控释片联合奥美沙坦酯氢氯噻嗪片应用在中重度高血压患者的治疗中,可有效控制患者的血压,提高患者的生活质量。Study the therapeutic effect of nifedipine controlled-release tablets combined with olmesartan medoxomil hydrochlorothiazide tablets on moderate to severe hypertension.Seventy patients with moderate to severe hypertension admitted to Beijing Shunyi Hospital from September 2019 to September 2023 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 35 patients in each group.The control group was treated with nifedipine controlled-release tablets,while the observation group was treated with nifedipine controlled-release tablets combined with olmesartan medoxomil hydrochlorothiazide tablets for 28 days,for a total of 3 courses.The systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,quality of life,incidence of adverse reactions,and blood pressure control effectiveness were compared between the two groups of patients.The results showed that after treatment,the systolic and diastolic blood pressure of the observation group patients were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);The quality of life score of the observation group patients was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of adverse reactions such as edema,palpitations,and headaches in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);The effective rate of blood pressure control in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that the combination of nifedipine controlled-release tablets and olmesartan medoxomil hydrochlorothiazide tablets can effectively control blood pressure in patients with moderate to severe hypertension,improve their quality of life.
