个性化心理护理在儿童病毒性脑炎护理中的应用价值研究

摘　　要：分析个性化心理护理在儿童病毒性脑炎护理中的应用价值。选取2022年1月—2023年12月66例病毒性脑炎患儿作为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各33例。对照组行常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上行个性化心理护理,比较两组患儿的护理效果。结果显示,观察组治疗依从性以及家属满意度较对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,观察组哭闹时间较对照组更短,哭闹频率变化幅度较对照组更大,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组焦虑、抑郁评分较对照组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组睡眠质量评分、生活质量评分较对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究发现,个性化心理护理的应用,有助于减轻病毒性脑炎患儿的焦虑、抑郁情绪,降低患儿的哭闹频率,提高患儿的治疗依从性、睡眠质量和生活质量,符合家属对临床护理的需求,可推广使用。Analyze the application value of personalized psychological nursing in the care of children with viral encephalitis.Select 66 children with viral encephalitis from January 2022 to December 2023 as the research subjects.Randomly divide them into a control group and an observation group,with 33 cases in each group.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received personalized psychological care based on the control group.The nursing effects of the two groups of children were compared.The results showed that the treatment compliance and parental satisfaction of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After nursing,the observation group had a shorter crying time and a greater change in crying frequency compared to the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05);The anxiety and depression scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The sleep quality score and quality of life score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Research has found that the application of personalized psychological care can help alleviate anxiety and depression in children with viral encephalitis,reduce their crying frequency,improve their treatment compliance,sleep quality,and quality of life.This meets the clinical nursing needs of parents and can be promoted for use.
