数字普惠金融与区域创业活跃度:赋能还是负能?

摘　　要：数字普惠金融与经济社会各领域融合的广度与深度不断拓展,在提升创业活跃度、释放就业潜力以及实现共同富裕等方面发挥着重要作用。基于广东省21个地级市2012-2021年的面板数据,实证分析数字普惠金融对于广东省创业活跃度的影响以及内在机制。结果表明:数字普惠金融显著提升了广东省创业活跃度,该正向影响集中体现在数字普惠金融的覆盖广度、使用深度和数字化程度3个维度。就不同区域而言,数字普惠金融对于粤东、粤西和粤北的创业活跃度影响更显著,但对珠三角地区的创业活跃度影响较弱。据此,基于数字普惠金融视角,提出提升广东省创业活跃度的可行路径:扩大数字普惠金融的覆盖面、优化各区域的金融资源配置、培育具有地方特色的创业活动以及强化“双创”知识教育体系的建设。The integration of digital inclusive finance into various sectors of the economy and society is continuously expanding in both scope and depth,playing a significant role in enhancing entrepreneurial activity,unlocking employment potential,and achieving common prosperity.Based on panel data from 21 prefecture-level cities in Guangdong Province from 2012 to 2021,this study empirically analyzes the impact of digital inclusive finance on entrepreneurial activity in Guangdong and its underlying mechanisms.The results show that digital inclusive finance significantly boosts entrepreneurial activity in Guangdong Province.This positive impact is primarily concentrated in three dimensions:the breadth of coverage,depth of use,and the degree of digitization.Regionally,digital inclusive finance has a more significant effect on entrepreneurial activity in the eastern,western,and northern parts of Guangdong,while its impact on the Pearl River Delta is relatively weaker.Therefore,based on the perspective of digital inclusive finance,feasible paths to enhance entrepreneurial activity in Guangdong Province include:expanding the coverage of digital inclusive finance,optimizing the allocation of financial resources in various regions,fostering entrepreneurial activities with local characteristics,and strengthening“innovation and entrepreneurship”knowledge Construction of education system.
