摘　　要：交通是发展开放型经济的基础条件,高铁作为现代交通工具可助力一个地区的开放创新。基于对贵州省高速铁路网络与开放型经济发展水平的研究,阐明最大化高铁效应的“三特征”与“五效应”等机制。据此提出贵州省应积极吸引外商投资,充分利用对外贸易加工区、开放口岸、外贸基地等开放载体,优化营商环境,加速贵州经济的发展进程,促进高铁对外开放经济联系,依托高铁发展优势产业等策略,为贵州探索高铁网络效应驱动开放型经济的增长路径,促进其高质量发展。Transportation is a fundamental prerequisite for the development of an open economy,and high-speed rail,as a modern transportation tool,can facilitate openness and innovation in a region.Based on research on the high-speed rail network in Guizhou Province and the level of development in its open economy,this study elucidates the mechanisms such as the“Three Characteristics”and the"Five Effects"that maximize the impact of high-speed rail.Accordingly,it proposes that Guizhou Province should actively attract foreign investment,fully utilize open platforms such as foreign trade processing zones,open ports,and foreign trade bases,optimize the business environment,accelerate the economic development process in Guizhou,promote the linkage between high-speed rail and open economy,and develop advantageous industries based on high-speed rail as strategic measures.These strategies aim to explore the growth path of high-speed rail network-driven open economy in Guizhou and promote high-quality development.
