摘 要:以300 MW机组在电网现货交易背景为例建立深度配烧模型,先依照多种煤源特性参数确定主烧煤种与辅烧煤种最佳参数比例,在不同负荷段采取不同的配烧方式以满足机组正常出力需求,同时提高机组的运行经济性;再以机组大量实际运行数据为基础,确定厂用电率、供电煤耗、辅机故障率等关键指标变化趋势。结果表明:配煤掺烧后机组厂用电率平均增高0.645%,机组供电煤耗平均增涨1.889 g/(kW·h),锅炉效率平均下降1.34%,锅炉辅机检修率提高约10%,燃料成本下降3.47%,按照机组年平均供电量综合计算节约燃料成本约6800万元/a。In this paper,taking 300 MW unit spot trading in power grid as an example,the deep blending and firing model is established.Firstly,according to the characteristic parameters of various coal sources,the optimal parameter ratio of primary coal and secondary coal is determined,and different firing methods are adopted in different load sections to meet the normal output requirements of the unit and improve the operation economy of the unit at the same time.Then,based on a large number of actual operation data of the unit,the change trend of key indexes such as power consumption rate,coal consumption of power supply and failure rate of auxiliary machinery in plants are determined.The results show that,after coal blending and firing,the average power consumption rate of the unit plant increases by 0.645%,the average coal consumption of power supply unit increases by 1.889 g/(kW·h),boiler efficiency decreases by an average of 1.34%,the maintenance rate of boiler auxiliary machinery increases by about 10%,and fuel costs reduce by 3.47%.According to comprehensive calculation of the average annual power supply of the unit,the fuel cost is saved by about 68 million yuan each year.
