摘 要:制粉系统性能的好坏直接影响制粉经济性与燃烧效率,对不同褐煤掺混比例下制粉系统的特性进行了试验研究。研究结果表明:MPS-HP-Ⅱ型中速磨煤机在相同分离器转速及液压加载力的条件下,随着褐煤掺混比例的增加,煤粉逐渐变细;为保证干燥出力,随着褐煤掺烧比例的增加,风煤比逐渐增加,磨煤机振动逐渐增大,煤粉的均匀性指数逐渐降低。在各个掺混比例下,均匀性指数随着分离器转速的提高呈现先增加后降低的趋势,随着液压加载力的增加煤粉均匀性指数逐渐增加。Since the performance of pulverizing system directly affects the pulverizing economy and combustion efficiency,the characteristics of pulverizing system under different lignite blending ratio are tested and studied in this paper.The results show that when MPS-HP-Ⅱmedium-speed coal mill works under the same separator speed and hydraulic loading force,with the increase of lignite blending ratio,the pulverized coal is tapering off;to ensure drying power output,with the increase of lignite blending ratio,the ratio of air to coal increases gradually,and the vibration of the mill increases gradually,thus the uniformity index of pulverized coal decreases gradually.At various blending ratios,the uniformity index increases first and then decreases with the increase of separator speed,and the uniformity index of pulverized coal increases gradually with the increase of hydraulic loading force.
