摘  要:为了脱去氯化水解工艺合成的邻(对)氯苯甲醛中杂质邻(对)氯苄醇,将邻(对)氯苯甲醛产品中邻(对)氯苄醇用卢卡斯试剂转化为邻(对)氯一氯苄,然后在碱解工艺中加入催化剂三乙胺,将邻(对)氯一氯苄络转化为溶于水的季铵盐,通过油水分离、减压蒸馏实现产品邻(对)氯苯甲醛的精制提纯。控制杂质邻(对)氯苄醇在邻(对)氯苯甲醛产品中的质量分数小于0.20%,从而达到提高邻(对)氯苯甲醛产品质量(质量分数≥99.5%)的目的。In order to remove the impurity ortho(para)chlorobenzyl alcohol in ortho(para)chlorobenzaldehyde synthesized by chlorination hydrolysis process,ortho(para)chlorobenzyl alcohol,an impurity in ortho(para)chlorobenzaldehyde product,was converted into ortho(para)chlorobenzyl chloride using Lucas reagent.Then,in the alkaline hydrolysis process,catalyst triethylamine was added to convert ortho(para)chlorobenzyl chloride complex to water-soluble quaternary ammonium salt.The product ortho(para)chlorobenzaldehyde was refined and purified by oil-water separation and vacuum distillation.Controlling the content of impurity para chlorobenzyl alcohol in para chlorobenzaldehyde products to be less than 0.20%,in order to improve the quality of para chlorobenzaldehyde products(main content≥99.5%).
