摘  要:为探究波纹板气液分离器分离性能的影响因素,并规范选取波纹板气液分离器的结构参数。通过数值模拟软件(Fluent)对波纹板气液分离器在不同入口速度、不同板间距的条件下进行了数值模拟。结果表明,进出口压降、液滴分离效率均会随着入口速度的增加而升高;随着板间距的增加,液滴的分离效率将随之降低,但进出口压降并没有明显变化。新增一个无量纲数(W_(k))来表示波纹板板间距与波纹板板节长之间的关系,为保证波纹板气液分离器能够正常工作,须保证W_(k)大于2。To investigate the factors affecting the separation performance of corrugated plate gas-liquid separators and to standardize the selection of structural parameters for corrugated plate gas-liquid separators.The numerical simulation software Fluent was used to simulate the corrugated plate gas-liquid separator under different inlet velocities and plate spacings.The results showed that the inlet and outlet pressure drops and droplet separation efficiency would increase with the increase of inlet velocity;As the spacing between plates increases,the separation efficiency of droplets will decrease,but there is no significant change in the pressure drop at the inlet and outlet.Add a dimensionless number(W_(k))to represent the relationship between the spacing between corrugated plates and the section length of corrugated plates.To ensure the normal operation of the corrugated plate gas-liquid separator,it is necessary to ensure that W_(k)is greater than 2.
