摘 要:我国磷化工行业面临磷矿资源逐渐稀缺、能耗控制和环保制约这三大限制因素。近年来随着国家对于磷化工产业可持续发展的重视,推出了《磷石膏综合利用行动方案》和《高耗能行业重点领域节能降碳改造升级实施指南(2022年版)》等一系列政策与方案。在此基础上,对其中所提到的关于硝酸磷肥工艺、二水法工艺改造、多效蒸发和磷石膏利用等一系列推动磷化工行业绿色发展的相关技术开展了详细介绍和探讨。The phosphate chemical industry in China faces the three restrictive factors of gradually diminishing phosphate ore resources,energy consumption control,and environmental constraints.In recent years,with the increasing emphasis on the sustainable development of the phosphate chemical industry by the state,a series of policies and plans,such as the Action Plan for Comprehensive Utilization of Phosphogypsum and the Implementation Guide for Energy-intensive Industry Key Field Energy Saving and Carbon Reduction Upgrading(2022 Edition),have been launched.Based on this,this paper provides a detailed introduction to the suggestions for promoting the green development of the phosphate chemical industry,including the nitric acid phosphate fertilizer process,the modification of the dihydrate process,multi-effect evaporation,and the utilization of phosphogypsum,as mentioned in the policies and plans.
