摘　　要：鉴于药品审核查验工作的高度专业性和广泛的行业覆盖面,构建系统、科学的知识管理体系不仅对于药品审核查验机构本身具有重要意义,还能推动建立学习型组织,促进各项业务工作的全面知识管理。本文通过分析药品审核查验机构构建知识管理体系的必要性和概况,提出围绕组织体系、制度体系、梳理评价体系、技术支撑体系4个核心子体系来构建知识管理体系的研究框架。同时,信息化手段在提升知识的复用效率和复用质量方面发挥着重要作用,有助于确保知识管理有效实施。本文探讨提出的知识管理体系构建思路有助于药品审核查验机构发展,为实现具有竞争力的知识管理目标提供有力支持。Given the high level of expertise and broad industry coverage required for drug evaluation and inspection work,constructing a systematic and scientific knowledge management system is essential.Such a system is not only significant for the evaluation and inspection institutions themselves but also helps to establish learning organizations and promotes comprehensive knowledge management across various business operations.This paper analyzes the necessity and current status of constructing a knowledge management system in drug evaluation and inspection institutions,and proposes a research framework centered around four core subsystems:organizational system,institutional system,sorting and evaluation system,and technical support system.Meanwhile,information technology plays an important role in improving the efficiency and quality of knowledge reuse,aiding in the effective implementation of knowledge management.The construction approach proposed in this paper provides valuable support for the development of knowledge management in drug evaluation and inspection institutions,aiming to achieve competitive knowledge management objectives.
