摘  要:涡流产生的阻力对正、反流阻差造成的干扰致使无阀压电泵的输出流量不稳定,且现阶段无阀压电泵的研究主要以设计阻件或流阻管道去抑制回流的产生,而仅靠流道结构产生的正、反流阻差对回流的抑制效果有限。针对此问题,应用康达效应原理提出一种无阀压电泵,利用局部产生的涡流疏导回流液体,使液体在正向、反向流动时的流动路径不同,从而实现液体的泵送。首先,通过“水枪”形流管的理想流阻模型阐述疏导回流液体思路的可行性;其次,应用ANSYS软件确定正反两方向的流动路径,得到输出流量;最后,通过加工实验样机,测试泵送流量。结果表明:随着频率的提高,泵送流量先增大后减小,在峰峰值为115 V、频率为19 Hz时,流量达到最大为12.69 mL/min;定频为19 Hz时,泵送流量随峰峰值增加的变化最为稳定。实验结果验证了无阀压电泵的工作有效性。The disturbance of eddy current resistance to the difference between positive and negative flow resistance causes the output flow of the valveless piezoelectric pump to be unstable.Currently,research on valveless piezoelectric pumps mainly focuses on the design of resistance parts or flow resistance pipes to inhibit backflow generation.However,the difference between positive and reverse flow resistances,generated solely by the flow pipe structure,has a limited inhibitory effect on backflow.Therefore,a valveless piezoelectric pump is proposed based on the principle of the Coanda effect.The pump employs locally generated vortex to clear the return liquid,ensuring that the flow paths of the liquid in the forward and reverse flow are different,thereby achieving liquid pumping.Using the ideal flow resistance model of the"water gun"flow tube,the feasibility of clearing the idea of back-flow liquid is discussed.Subsequently,ANSYS software is used to determine the flow paths in both positive and negative directions to obtain the output net flow.After processing the experimental prototype and testing the pumping flow,it is observed that the pumping flow initially increases and then decreases with the increase in frequency.When the peak-to-peak value of voltage is 115 V and the frequency is 19 Hz,the maximum flow is 12.69 mL/min;when the constant frequency is 19 Hz,increasing the peak-to-peak voltage value increases the pumping flow.This verifies the working effectiveness of the valveless piezoelectric pump.
