摘 要:为了解决某型发动机起动装置的转速控制机构提前脱开故障,提出了基于橡胶阻尼材料的转速控制机构减振计算方法。运用此方法对转速控制机构进行了优化设计,并对优化设计后的转速控制机构在试验台上进行了试验验证。结果表明:优化后的转速控制机构提前脱开故障得到解决,满足了飞机的使用要求;转速控制机构减振分析方法有效解决了外场发动机起动问题,降低了起动装置的维修费用,提高了经济效益。To address the issue of premature disengagement of rotational speed control mechanism in a certain type of engine starter,a vibration reduction calculation method for the rotational speed control mechanism based on rubber damping material is proposed.This calculation method is applied to optimize the design of the rotational speed control mechanism,which is then experimentally validated on an experimental test bench.The results show that the issue of premature disengagement in the optimized rotational speed control mechanism has been resolved,meeting the operational requirements of the aircraft.The analysis of vibration reduction method for the rotational speed control mechanism not only effectively addresses outfield starting issues of the engine,but also reduces maintenance costs of the starter and enhances economic efficiency.Furthermore,the vibration reduction analysis method and experimental validation results offer valuable guidance for the design of similar rotational speed control mechanisms.
