摘 要:多效蒸发系统的控制问题较为复杂,末效出料浓度是检测产品质量的重要指标,必须确保稳定在一定范围内才能满足要求。以高蛋白饲料生产过程中的七效错流蒸发系统为例,为避免停工造成的损失及原料液浪费,针对该系统实际工况和现场数据建立其相应数学模型。在该模型基础上使用MATLAB/SIMULINK设计常规PID控制器和模糊PID控制器,对比两种算法的控制效果,验证了模糊PID控制器能够在线实时调节PID参数,更适合该多效蒸发复杂控制系统。The control problem of multi-effect evaporation system is more complicated.The final effect discharge concentration is an important index to detect product quality,which must be ensured to meet the requirements within a certain range.Taking the seven-effect cross-flow evaporation system in the production of high protein feed as an example,in order to avoid the loss and waste of raw material liquid caused by shutdown,the corresponding mathematical model is established according to the actual working condition and field data of the system.On the basis of this model,the conventional PID controller and fuzzy PID controller are designed using MATLAB/SIMULINK.By comparing the control effects of the two algorithms,it is proved that the fuzzy PID controller can adjust the PID parameters online and is more suitable for the multi-effect evaporation complex control system.
