“双碳”背景下“环境规划与管理”课程教学改革探索

摘　　要：我国提出2030年前碳达峰和2060年前碳中和的目标,对创新型和复合型人才的培养提出了新要求。针对“环境规划与管理”课程本科教学中存在的问题,结合国家“双碳”目标,在教学内容中引入“双碳”理念和课程思政,与时俱进更新政策法规;在教学模式上采用案例式和讨论式教学,灵活运用线上教学资源;在课程考核中重视实践性过程考核环节,旨在激发学生学习的主动性、创新性以及综合运用所学知识解决复杂环境问题的能力,提升教学质量,为国家实现“双碳”目标提供人才保障。China has set goals of carbon peak by 2030 and carbon neutrality by 2060,which proposes new requirements for talent cultivation with innovative ability.According to the existing problems in undergraduate teaching course of Environmental Planning and Management,combined with the national“dual carbon”target,this paper introduces the concept of“dual carbon”and updates environmental policies and regulations in the contents.In the teaching mode,case and group discussion methods are adopted with flexibly using online teaching resources.The course assessment emphasizes practical and process assessment.The goals of teaching reform are to stimulate students’initiative and innovation,improve their ability to apply knowledges to solve complex environmental problems,promote teaching quality,and provide talents for the country to achieve the“dual carbon”target.
